If you would like to use me as a reference please don't hesitate. The transaction was unbelievably rapid and efficient. Everyone I talked to on the phone was courteous and well informed about the process, and could answer all my questions. The tow driver was also a pleasure to deal with, and very prompt.

There were huge cartons of teddy bears when I worked at the Mayor's Emergency Operations Center in New York City after 9/11. The workers really appreciated them. I have one myself that I kept from that nightmare period. Children aren't the only ones traumatized by terrible events. Thank you very much.

Our 1985 Olds Ciera was picked up today by the towing company. We are very impressed with your vehicle donation program. The towing/auction company called us the same day we filled out the donation form and our car was picked up the following day.

The towing/auction company picked up my car today, just one day after I began the process. (I'd attempted to donate the car with a different online group, and after three weeks of back and forth, gave up.)

By the way, this is the best organized process I've seen for managing
car donations. You have all the information needed for both me and the towing company. It also appears that you've kept your cost to a minimum by using the web site (not phone numbers) and not trying to duplicate or coordinate any work either I or the tow company need to perform. I donated a car 2 years ago through a different charity but your process is far superior.

I'm very impressed with the Teddy Bear Cops organization just from dealing with you ..you are fast in your response and straight forward in your messages they should give you a raise (tell them I said so). Of the several organizations I have been dealing with this one wins hands down ..you've asked questions and kept me informed all in one day ..may not seem like a big thing to you but I have spent more time on the phone doing follow up's then I ever thought necessary just to donate a boat.

From all the sites I visited regarding donating my VERY used car yours was the only one that truthfully explained that the I.R.S. is very selective as far as how much a person can actually deduct from their income tax. I now realize that the other sites are willing to give you any value you want for the car. Whether or not that value is accepted by the I.R.S. as tangible deduction is another story. You'll only find out in three years if your audited.
